In July, U.S. import prices decreased 0.4 percent following a drop of 0.3 percent in June. U.S. export prices fell 1.3 percent in July, after declining 0.7 percent in June. Over the past 12 months, import prices advanced 5.9 percent and export prices rose 8.2 percent.
