From 2023 to 2025, 3.3 million workers displaced from jobs they held for at least 3 years

From January 2023 through December 2025, there were 3.3 million workers displaced from jobs they had held for at least 3 years. This was up by 746,000 workers from the prior survey period. In January 2026, 66.1 percent of these workers were reemployed.
