Report Your Multiple Worksite Report Data On the
Web!
There is a convenient and paperless
way to report your data on the web!
To set up a web account, you need the MWR WEB ID and
password located in a starred box in the right-hand middle of
your Multiple Worksite Report (BLS 3020) form.
Use your ID and Password to log into the website: https://idcf.bls.gov/
The website
will take you through the step-by-step instructions so that you can set up
your account and submit your MWR data.
If you do no have a starred box with a MWRweb ID and
temporary Password, please fill out the following form: http://data.bls.gov/cgi-bin/forms/mwr. We
will then be able to set your account(s) up for online reporting in the
following quarter. Please file the current report using your paper form.

If you choose the Web-reporting option, please note the following:
• Once you submit your data on the Web, you will no longer receive
paper forms to complete. Each quarter we will send you a reminder e-mail
that data collection for the quarter has begun.

If you have more than 50 worksite locations and/or are filing Multiple
Worksite Reports in several States the Electronic Data Interchange Center
